Being purposeful has led me on an intentional and fulfilling global career journey. Using the psychology of change and my innovative and interconnected culture, change and professional development and communications approach, I thoughtfully create end-to-end people, scalable movements to effect accelerated strategic results.
I’ve been described as a “unique 3 in 1” organisational development professional - a strategic activation specialist who drives whole system (measurable) culture change; an internal communications strategist, who connects the end-to-end people experience; and a capability builder, who conceptualises, aligns and implements professional development and talent programmes.
I’m a trained corporate coach, have a Postgraduate Certificate in the Psychology of Organisational Development and Change and I’m accredited as a Barrett Values Culture Transformation Practitioner.
I've worked on strategic change, culture, communications and professional development, talent and capability programmes for organisations big and small. These include Vodafone, Bupa, RSA, AXA, Metro Bank and the Co-op Bank as well as the University of Essex and Leading Lives.
