CULTURE CAPITALISER PROGRAMME
Phase Two - Aligning and embedding all aspects of your business to bring about behaviour change.
The launch and embedding stages of the culture programme is hugely important if you are to engage, motivate and gain the commitment of your people. I can work with your internal teams (ie. HR, Internal Communications, Leadership teams) to ensure an integrated, effective launch, and support on the embedding and measuring aspect of the culture transformation.
This should include a follow up LVA (after 9-12 months), with a diagnosis and critical action planning which could include amplifying or resetting some areas of the embedding and development aspects of the programme.
Using the Capitalise 5-steps for phase two and the Capitalise Strategic Culture Model and numerous tools, I can either come in and lead on the delivery of the culture programme or upskill your internal teams to do so.
