This programme offers the all-important roadmap for setting you up for success, whether you are starting at a new organisation or you’ve been promoted. The pressure is on and expectations high particularly for leaders. This programme will enable you to hit the ground running and succeed faster, so you are seen as credible at the end of your three month ‘honeymoon’ period.
The First 100 Days Capitaliser coaching programme will ensure you lay the right foundations to bring future success. It’ll help you approach your new position in a strategic, ordered way and you will feel more in control and confident and if followed, it will ultimately ensure maximum business impact at the end of your first one hundred days.
It covers the importance of gathering information in an objective manner; helping you cope with intense time pressures; building the right relationships with the people that matter; ensuring a focus on early wins and staying on track. Ultimately it ensures you have the credibility factor before your three month period expires, which will set you up for a successful first year in the role.
The coaching programme is made up of each session lasting 1 1/2 hours (via skype or zoom), during which a number of tools each session will be shared to support you to smash your first 100 days.

· First 30 days in role – x 2 sessions
· First 60 days in role – x 2 session
· First 100 days in role – x 1 session
