Leading with purpose, vision, values and strengths team 1-2 day workshop or programme

As a leader, are you thinking of how to create a high-performing team culture? Are you pondering ways to motivate your team, create more cohesion and inspire collective action? If so this workshop/programme could be for you!

Firstly, your team completes a Culture Values Survey to see how they collectively feel about the current team culture and what they feel is needed if the team is going to be at its must healthy and high performing.

From there, a workshop is designed and facilitated with the leadership team to co-create a purpose, vision and strategic priorities - the team’s WHY, WHERE and WHAT. We then do a deep dive into the assessment results to identify how healthy the current culture is and what’s required if the team is to move the dial up a notch. The core values, the HOW, can then be identified or prioritised.

From this work a simple but compelling team narrative is created and a clear direction of travel identified.

The second, high-energy workshop is with the whole team at which the purpose, vision and strategic priorities are landed, and to which the team contributes, identifying new opportunities. Then the survey results are shared and the behaviours and opportunities are brainstormed, to dig deeper around the results and put initiatives and a plan in place to embed the work and keep the team’s purpose, vision and values alive and kicking. (You can also do an additional workshop on team and individual strengths.)

Year 2, the survey is run again to see how the team culture has moved and to identify what’s needed to keep the team moving in the right direction.
